Seyama Solutions is a customer driven organization, specializing in the Engineering and deployment of Telecommunications Transmission Infrastructure for Telkom SA, Saab Grintek Technologies, Vodacom and the South African Police Services amongst others.
The Company is dynamic and has well rounded staff with years of experience in the planning, engineering and installations of telecommunications networks.

We at Seyama Solutions have been adding value to our clients by providing them with service of the highest quality in all aspects of the telecommunications field. We are also able to provide essential support services and are currently responsible for maintaining microwave links, tellabs 8600 series equipment and Symmetricom synchronisation equipment for Vodacom in Kwazulu Natal and the Free State. Members of our management team all have in excess of 10 years experience in telecommunications and also have extensive international experience.


ENGINEERING SERVICES:

We at Seyama Solutions have an established track record with both  Saab Grintek Technologies and Telkom SA. Ltd. We have conducted over 400 site surveys and provide detailed reports which include photographs, floor plans, line of site confirmation, confirmation of co-ordinates and all relevant information to be taken into account for both planning and installation.

The Planning and Engineering Services that are offered by Seyama Solutions are as follows :

1) Site Survey – Installation Audit
2) Site Survey – Suitability for the Equipment
3) Path Analysis – Analysis of the proposed path
4) Path Analysis - Analysis of the Environment e.g. Rainfall. Line Of Sight and Terrain.
5) Network Study – Network optimization.
6) Network Study – Analysis of the Interference levels.
7) Updating of all Cliental Network Records and Handing over of all relevant documentation to the customer.


INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING SERVICES:

At Seyama Solutions we pride ourselves on our ability to deploy and maintain Transmission Infrastructure swiftly and efficiently. Our staff are multi-skilled and we constantly strive to increase their knowledge and experience on multi-vendor equipments. Collectively we have installed Nera, Ericsson, Stratex, Siemens, Marconi, Tellabs, Symmetricom, Sagem, HDSL, UMC and various other types of transmission equipment. 


MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERIVCES:

Presently we provide a twenty four hours a day, seven days a week maintenance solution to Vodacom for all their self provisioning and Wimax microwave links in Kwazulu Natal and the Free State. Senior members of our team are able to provide high level support to our first line maintenance teams in the event of any problems encountered in solving failures. We have demonstrated our ability to mobilise quickly and resolve faults efficiently on numerous occasions.


TOOLS AND TEST EQUIPMENT:

Seyama Solutions ensures that their teams are equipped with all the tools, laptop computers and test equipment required to complete any task. We place a huge emphasis on neatness and attention to detail in our work and all installations are subjected to intensive quality inspections.

Our planning staff also make use of state of the art planning software such as Pathloss, Rasgis, Tx-ops and Netplan.

As much as ten years ago, in a move towards facilitating the provision of electricity for all countrywide, Aberdare Cables designed products with an emphasis on cost efficiency of electrification. To this end, Aberdare created its Electrodac range, which is aimed specifically at facilitating rural electrification by lowering the cost of electricity delivery. More recently, in accordance with Siemens specifications, Aberdare produced an un-amoured cable, with stringent fire characteristics, that was designed to reduce the propagation of fire by cables. This cable is used at Eskom’s open-cycle gas turbine generators at Mossel Bay and Atlantis.
To cater for international markets, Aberdare introduced fire survival cable with stringent properties that allow continuous operation and circuit integrity for extended periods during a fire.
