Brand new exhibition concept to be unveiled for the office owner
the Office on show is an all new and exciting take on the traditional exhibition concept, designed to marry all the elements of the office into a dynamic and hands-on lifestyle experience, offering exhibitors and visitors the chance to interact on a level like never before.
Organised by Tinted Ash Exhibitions and Promotions, in partnership with industry leader in exhibitions and exhibition management Thebe Exhibitions, the Office on show aims to provide visitors with an interactive event showcasing the latest products and trends in the office space. The event will be held at the Sandton Convention Centre from 27 to 29 October 2010.
“There is a growing need amongst businesses and business owners, from SMEs and home-based professionals, to large corporates across all industry sectors, to better harness technology and automation to improve production and service. With this in mind the concept of the Office on show was borne,” says Linda Kruger, Exhibition Manager of the Office on show, at Tinted Ash Exhibitions and Promotions.
“The show will bring all aspects of the office into a single showcase, providing working examples of mobility, office automation, office administration, technologies, furniture and equipment, VoIP and much more, all in an office environment,” she adds. “ The idea is that this new concept will become an experience rather than an exhibition.”
The show will offer visitors an opportunity to perfect their workspace, providing solutions for the business owner, office manager, and even the entrepreneur on how to more effectively run their business. Each day will be accompanied by a workshop from an industry leader in office automation, lifestyle concepts, enhanced office space living and the like, giving visitors superior insight into effective office management.
“We are very excited about the Office, as it is a novel concept that we at Thebe are proud to be associated with,” says Carol Weaving, managing director of Thebe Exhibitions and Projects Group. “The launch of the Office comes at an opportune time as more and more South Africans are starting their own businesses and are looking to the experts on how to ensure they do this effectively.
“I think we have identified a gap in the market, and are very happy with our association with Tinted Ash, which has the knowledge and intellectual property on board to meet the quality standards we at Thebe are known for,” says Weaving.
Weaving adds that the Office is a welcome addition to Thebe’s host of industry leading shows with the likes of Decorex, Gardenex and Green Living Fair and the World Holiday and Travel Fair.
the Office on show will target key business contacts who have a direct influence in business buying decisions, whether they are from the office of a corporate, SME, home-based professional or an entrepreneur.
