By all means we understand the tariff, Bylaws and Government Ordinance. We require 12 months of invoices for the appropriated councils. We will then analyse and report back of our findings.

This is a no obligation exercise. Tshisiku provides its analysis at no cost. Only if a saving is found does our company collect a percentage of savings for four years. Tshisiku also participates in a percentage of the refunds once off where the company has been billed incorrectly in the past.
