GES Environment

These days, it is difficult for the authorities to provide the necessary services when it comes to looking after the environment - with technology, skilled labour and equipment, the intricate processes are more easily understood by us!

Using two systems: the Submerged Aerated Media (SAM) and the RE-activated Sludge (RAS) system, the advatages are many. It is:
Affordable
Compliant with the strict standards of final effluent
May be used for irrigation
Easy to operate and is low maintenance
Not necessary to have full-time staff on board
Safe and out of harm's way
Free of foul odours

It is environmentally friendly and is worked through the network of sewerage pipes in the ground so no extra infrastructure is needed.

GES has worked with the Department of Water and Forestry on a number of water treatment plants and therefore endorses the system as efficient and safe.
